Telecaller

Responsibilities:
- Contact potential and existing customers via telephone to promote products or services
- Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or complaints
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Meet sales targets and goals as set by the company
